Packing

how do you pack for 3 months in both hot and cold climate?

The most important packing thing for us has become packing cubes.  We discovered these in a shop in Milan a few years ago and since then have never been able to travel without them.

The picture shows my case with its many cubes all itemized and labeled

An important part of packing for us is also electrical equipment

  • laptops
  • phones
  • Camera

with a full set of charging cables,  this can take up room and weight

So what is in my cubes?

Pants –  20 pairs
Bras – 2 normal, 2 sports bras
Socks – 6 walking sock, 6 sports socks, 6 tight socks
Dresses – 2 summer dresses, 1 winter dress
Trousers – light weight walking trousers, jeans, summer jeans, Shorts
Tops –
Sportswear – leggings,
Shoes – 5 pairs – Walking boots, walking sandals, trainers (for those days we plan at the gym) , fitflops (I wear these all the time normally), closed flat shoes (for nights out in cool climates).
